Description |
A coin silver, round and covered sugar bowl; repousse and chased ribbon on domed stepped pedestal foot in grape vine pattern; Undecorated bowl has large, convex overhanging edge decorated with thick repousse grape vine. Round cover is surmounted by a knob replicating a cluster of grapes enveloped by leaves; below, several inch applied decoration of grape clusters and leaves with long, thin vine and stippled background. The remainder of the lid is undecorated. |
