(A) Oblong gold metal plate with a pin and cover and a loop and chain all attached. Chain is only attached on one side. Background of oval plate is black with "ncjw" in gold lettering, surrounded by black decorative marks. (B) Long oval shaped gold metal plate. Background of oval plate is black with "NCJW Century Club" in gold lettering, surrounded by black decorative marks. Gold metal pin on back. (C) Oval shaped gold metal plate. Embossed in the middle are the intertwined initials NCJW. Along the bottom in raised lettering are the words "Life Member." Gold metal pin and clasp on back. (D) Circular shaped gold metal plate. In the center are the initials NCJW along with some illegible lettering. Along the outside band are the words "Life Member" with a decorative laurel along the bottom. Gold metal pin on back. |
