Description |
Quilt block. Made of silk and composed of tiny hexagons (3/4" in diameter). Organized in pattern of 6 units around center unit with single hexagon border in black. Lavender, tan and black. The block is English paper pieced with the original basting stitches still in place and the original paper still remains inside the center of each block. The papers appear to be hand written letters and or receipts. |
