This is an applique quilt with a large pot of flowers. There are 6 full pots of flowers with these dimensions. There are partial pots of flowers along the edge of the quilt. In between each large flower pot is a 6" circular rose bud pattern. The applique is done in red and green cotton fabric and along the border there are sprays of red cherries. Each flower has a partial star shape at the center of the bud. The background is a plain white cotton. It is backed with a plain white cotton fabric and bound with a red cotton. The quilt is heavily quilted with parallel lines that are 0.25" apart. Surrounding each large potted flower motif is a diamond shape quilted design in a double grid pattern.
