Description |
A six-string acoustic guitar, model 0-16NY, serial number 254411, manufactured by C. F. Martin & Co. in 1969, owned by country musician and songwriter Tom T. Hall. The body is 13 1/2 inches wide at the lower bout, 4 1/6 inches deep, and 37 3/4 inches long. The top is made from Sitka spruce; the neck, back, and sides are made from mahogany; the bridge, fingerboard, and peghead veneer are Brazilian rosewood. The neck has a slotted head with 3-on-a-strip tuners and meets the body at the 12th fret. The guitar is stored in a black hard shell case. Stored in the case are two Hohner harmonicas in the keys of F and F#, a set of medium gauge Black Diamond brand guitar strings, a string winder, an Ohashi capo, a hex key in a plastic case, a 2 oz. bottle of Entertainer's Secret throat spray, and a promotional Planet Waves brand guitar pick reading "Longview 'Lessons in Stone' by Dixie and Tom T." |
