Description |
A small, sterling souvenir spoon. The bowl has raised image of log house, fields, fencing, human figure and possibly a dog. Above is the wording "Old Kentucky Home" and below is "Louisville." The front side of the handle begins with twining vegetation. The end of the handle depicts a smiling negroid figure wearing an open collar shirt and wearing a hat that somewhat resembles a jockey cap. If so, it may be intended to portray a Churchill Downs jockey. |
