The green grass is thicker in the foreground than in the area around the house. A fence is in back of the house. There are some gravestones on the right edge of the painting. The piece is sketchy and has an inscription "Old Cane Ridge" in the lower right corner of the painting. Predominant colors: greens, browns, grays. |
