Description |
A: dress made of a cream synthetic netting. The bodice has a high collar finished with corded piping that extends down the center front to create an arc under the bustline. The bodice has a machine made lace on the netting ground with motifs of berries and a spray of leaves. The bodice has long sleeves that are finished with corded piping on the cuff and the bodice has a pointed waistline that is also finished with corded piping. The skirt is gathered along the waistline and extends down to floor length with a train. It has two panels of lace matching the lace of the bodice extending around the train coming to a point in the back. The panels are finished on both sides with corded piping and the bottom hem of the dress is also finished with corded piping. The dress would have been worn with an additional layer underneath as it is see-through. It fastens up the left proper side seam with metal snaps, hooks, and eyes. Length: 80" Width: 65". B: Is an underdress/slip made of a cream synthetic fabric. It is sleeveless with two cream satin ribbons serving as straps. It has a sweetheart neckline and a low back and the waistline comes to a point on the center front. It has a long skirt made of several panels and is finished with a French seam at the hem.
