Description |
Textile depicting a landscape made of patches of wool felt and hand sewn together with black thread. Sewn onto a coarsely woven fabric. There is a town in the center of landscape framed by trees in the background and sides. There is a walking path with two figures, one is a child and one is an adult. The building windows are satin stitched in blue thread. There is a narrow black felt border framing the landscape. It is signed in thread " A.J. W. October. 1934" in right hand corner. |
