Description |
Wedding dress made of silk. It is sleeveless with 2" straps over the shoulder and a sloped v-neckline. It has two rows of faux pearls extending around the neckline and around each arm hole. It has beads stitched to the center bodice that mimic the shape of a tassel and a large rosette in the proper left hip area made of faux pearls. It has several rows of faux pearls extending around the waist and a large bouquet of silk peonies and lily of the valley flowers on the left proper hip just below the beaded rosette and has a cream velvet bow extending down to the bottom of the skirt. The skirt of the dress is very heavily gathered along the waistband and has an opening in the center front and is lined with faux pearls down the center front extending down around the circumference of the hem. On either side of the center front opening there is a large rosette done in the same style as that on the bodice. The back of the bodice has beaded tassels done in the same manner as those on the front and the gown fastens on the proper left side with metal hooks and eyes. |
