Description |
View of Drescher Bridge and the School for the Blind (African American Division). The school, designed by noted Louisville architect Charles J. Clark, was located on Haldeman Avenue. The African American Division enrolled its first students in 1886. The school integrated with the Kentucky School for the Blind in 1955. |
