Description |
Magnesium Light Views in Mammoth Cave series, No. 28 Dining in "Great Relief." Verso reads, Is entered after passing through the narrow, tortuous passage called "Fat Man's Misery." It is indeed a relief for the aching bones of the visitor after treading the narrow path above mentioned and the dinner party in the picture seems to think so. One of the guides is pouring out some of Kentucky's unrivaled beverage, Bourbon Whiskey, for the relief of his companions. Published by E. & H. T. Anthony & Company, American and Foreign Stereoscopic Emporium, 501 Broadway, New York. [SEE ALSO: Magnesium Light Views in Mammoth Cave, 015PC38 for more from this series] |
